Tyco Electronics introduces a new Micro-USB connector with the smallest footprint available in USB interconnects. This connector is smaller than a conventional Mini-USB connector and enables portable device makers to further miniaturize real estate in devices such as mobile phones, MP3 players, GPS navigation systems, and digital cameras.
